Razorpay is good and bad.I have used Razorpay as a customer and merchant.Customer side:Payment options. 5 starprocessing: 5 starsTime of execution: 5 starsReporting of fraud: 1 starCustomer service: 1 StarMerchant side:Onboarding: 2 stars (Takes long)Set up (integration) : 5 StarsCustomer service: 1 Star. No customer care number no personalized service. no human interaction. only chat available that is mostly autogenerated. They replay around 24–48 hours for queries even there are critical issues like account holdsPayment Fees: 3 stars , not better than other providersPayment processing to your account: 4 stars. Good but they charge extra for daily settlements.My overall experience. Good if you are a big company. for small company don’t use them.They allow fraud companies but genuine merchant suffer with their bad customer support.
