Razorpay is asking me to chargeback instead of issuing me refund. (Thats illegal practice)

As a costumer I should say this payment processor is a total scam and fraud.Unlike paypal you have zero protection. If you pay some websites through Razorpay and that website declined to provide you service or simply just scammed you, You are on your own and Razorpay will not assist you.I have attached their emailHave a look at their email and see how ridiculous it is. They said they dont have access to fund and if I want to get refund I need to charge back the money from my credit card company. Isnt it illegal? Telling people to charge back instead of refund, Visa and Mastercard should have a look at how this payment processor is working.here is their nonsense email:"Hi [name-redacted],Thank you for reaching out to Razorpay.We reviewed the merchant account and found there are insufficient funds at present and we do not have the feasibility from Razorpay to raise refund for your transaction. As conveyed in the previous mail, kindly get in touch with your issuing bank and file a chargeback to get your refund amount.Steps: Visit your bank's nearest branch and ask for a chargeback form. Kindly keep a copy of the debit statement of this particular transaction while going to the bank. They will provide the form. Kindly fill in all the details and submit it to the chargeback department.Once you have raised the chargeback, your bank will initiate us regarding the same and a refund shall be initiated if the merchant fails to represent the case with the necessary documents. The bank should be able to assist you in retrieving your money. That said, we would like to inform you that we have taken necessary action on the merchant account and we thank you for bringing this to our attention.Thank you for your understanding and for using Razorpay.Regards,Sandhya SekarTeam Razorpay"Here is why their response is completely nonsense, When I raise a chargeback from my bank, My bank will start getting the money back from Razorpay not their client (the website that scammed me). So The only reason they send this email is to make more trouble for customers, They hope you give up and never go into charge back process which is lengthy and time consuming, I am sending a copy of these to Visa and Mastercard as well.
