We paid ₹9,000 upfront for a POS machine, which was never delivered, yet Razorpay’s system falsely shows the order as delivered. This is either gross incompetence or a serious operational failure.
It has been more than 4 months of continuous follow-ups. Their support team does absolutely nothing except raise tickets and close them without resolution. No ownership, no callbacks, no timelines — just scripted replies and silence.
This experience clearly shows how unreliable Razorpay is. If they cannot track or deliver a paid device, one can only imagine the risk involved when there is actual fraud, settlement disputes, or large amounts of money involved. Businesses are completely left on their own.
We operate a large performing arts company with high transaction volumes, and based on our experience, we strongly warn businesses to stay away from Razorpay. There are far more reliable payment providers in the market who value accountability and customer support.
