I signed to auction my equipment at 10% at a live auction. I found out later they weren't even licensed to hold auctions in Oklahoma. They offered to have me pay to ship all my equipment to Texas to get a live auction. Which is nuts. They then stated they would be licensed "next" month. Three months later they still weren't licensed. They finally offered to sell my stuff in online auctions at the agreed 10% and no additional fees. They charged more than 10% every time something sold, plus they added online sales fees. I have been trying for months to get a refund and I have heard nothing from them.Additionally, their online auction is a joke. You are better off scrapping your stuff than selling online. Numerous items sold for $100 or less, which actually cost me money because they charged a $100 minimum commission and would not let me set a minimum sales price. Several buyers told me they simply put in their 'bid' as a place holder so they would be aware of other bids only to 'win' the bid as the only bidder for $40, $60 or $100.
