When I inquired about costs, such as dental cleaning for my dog, the reception staff would say it’s hard to estimate until the procedure starts. Then, the vet quoted between £350 and £600. They seem reluctant to process insurance claims. Monthly injections for my dog cost £153, which the reception staff dismissed as a minor expense. When I asked about prices or claims, they became difficult and accused me of being rude for asking simple questions. This practice acts as if they are doing us a favor, whereas it’s us who allow them to care for our pets.
