Regret Reaching Out

I regret contacting this service. They seem more focused on profits than on providing care, mirroring other organizations that prioritize business over genuine support.

Regret contacting this company

I regret not seeing this before I reached out to this company. They seem to favor the professionals involved. Ultimately, it's just a business focused on making money, similar to other organizations.

Incompetent Regulatory Body

This regulatory body is completely ineffective and unfit to oversee veterinary practices. They fail to provide genuine expert opinions and ignore clear instances of malpractice. Their standards for misconduct are misleading, as their actions contradict their claims. This organization merely pretends to investigate complaints while consistently siding with the veterinary professionals. Animal protection is nonexistent, and pet owners need to be wary, as many vets operate without accountability. The handling of cases is appalling, and a truly neutral authority is urgently needed to regulate the profession.

Unfit to Regulate!

This regulatory body is a disgrace, completely unqualified for its supposed role. They consistently prioritize the interests of veterinary professionals over animal welfare and justice for owners. This is not just a claim; it's a documented reality. Numerous serious concerns are raised yearly, yet very few cases reach a disciplinary hearing, highlighting their lack of commitment to accountability. Even confirmed wrongdoing often results in minimal consequences, allowing vets to evade scrutiny. The entire process lacks transparency, leaving owners excluded from investigations. This organization fails to uphold public interest and betrays the trust of pet owners.

Pricing Concerns

When I inquired about costs, such as dental cleaning for my dog, the reception staff would say it’s hard to estimate until the procedure starts. Then, the vet quoted between £350 and £600. They seem reluctant to process insurance claims. Monthly injections for my dog cost £153, which the reception staff dismissed as a minor expense. When I asked about prices or claims, they became difficult and accused me of being rude for asking simple questions. This practice acts as if they are doing us a favor, whereas it’s us who allow them to care for our pets.

Avoid This Place!

Please do not take your pets to this untrustworthy establishment. They prioritize profits over animal care. I wish I had read the reviews before visiting. I waited two hours and was quoted over £1500 for my guinea pig's care. When I decided to take him back, they made us wait another 40 minutes only to inform us that he had passed away. He felt cold, indicating he had likely died long before. If they had acted sooner, my children could have spent his final moments with him. Their focus seemed entirely on costs, not the well-being of the animals.

Communication Issues

I brought my cat in yesterday and am still waiting for a call with no updates. They demand thousands of pounds yet provide terrible service. I have no information about my animal, and it’s incredibly frustrating.

Unethical Practices

This organization operates like a cartel, charging excessive fees while neglecting the needs of the public. They sit in luxury while allowing corporate practices to erode the goodwill built by independent professionals, resulting in inflated prices for consumers. The public views them as ineffective, with a low voter turnout in their elections. They need a significant overhaul to serve the community better.

Negligence and Indifference

This organization shows a shocking lack of interest in animal welfare. They prioritize protecting veterinarians over addressing animal cruelty. In my case, a significant payment was made, but my dog's condition worsened without any real care or follow-up. The negligence is astounding, and the lack of accountability is deeply troubling.

Frustrating Complaint Process

My experience with the complaint process was extremely disappointing. Many people share similar frustrations about the lack of enforcement of the code of conduct. The public and pets are not being adequately protected, leading to unnecessary suffering. A change is needed, as the current process fails to serve the interests of the public.
