I made a complaint about a vet who committed more than gross misconduct.Humiliating me in front of staff and clients shouting at me for what the practice's treatment and medication had done to my cat. Steroids are well known for causing muscle loss. I asked the vet to save him an he yelled 'how" He was dreadful even the nurse was mortified and I believe she has left because of his behaviour that day. In my opinion the RCVS should be investigated for corruption, they did not even speak with the vet concerned and they even referred to the vet as a her when it is a male. They were absolutely useless they twisted what I had said to suit themselves.
