It started with awesome customer service. I returned the 1st tent because accidentally ordered the wrong size. I then ordered and received my small tent. I just assembled it for the 1st time. It was so easy, even for a 69 year old woman. I would highly recommend this tent to anyone who enjoys camping 😊👍👍👍👌
