Customer Service is amazing, thanks to Jethro who helped me choose the correct size and answered all my query’s. As a disabled person who struggled with awning on my caravan, I took the chance of buying the 6 person tent as an additional area alongside caravan. It arrived on time.
We had some dry weather, so I took plunge to set up in back garden to make sure I could manage on my own.
I need not have worried it took me 5 minutes I was truly amazed how easy it is to put up and take down, no hassle getting back in bag. It’s made me consider whether I’d be better in a tent than the caravan !!
I originally wanted the 10 person version but it wouldn’t have arrived in time for my trip with my pooches and the OAP K9 club.
I noticed the 10 person is on offer since I bought mine, if anybody is hesitant about this tent all I can say is it’s changed my attitude leaning towards camping rather than caravanning!! Grab a bargain while they’re on offer you won’t regret it. Absolutely amazing .. thanks Jethro top guy…
We just got our tent and we're so excited we set it up in our den. Oh my gosh we couldn't believe it! We are two sisters in our seventies and we just about gave up camping. We are bound and determined to go to every state park and national forest in New Mexico. This change is so much for us. Our main drawback was the stupid tent. We had tried several pop-ups. Okay for 30-year-olds but not for us; still way too complicated. We are going for our first trip on Sunday. City of Rock State Park New Mexico. Smack dab in the middle of the Chihuahuan desert. I will give an update when we come back. We are so excited!
We have just received our tent and we put it up immediately. It was a little tricky to figure out how to work the apex mechanism but after a few tries it became easy. Now we are looking forward to our first camping trip with our new tent. Love how small, light and compact it is when folded and how spacious it feels when erected.
