This has been one of the worst car dealership experiences I've had in 50 years. They rarely respond and never provide updates. The courtesy car I received was dirty, with mud in the hatch area. The pickup of my new car was incredibly disappointing. I called for an update on my vehicle after emailing them yesterday, and they promised to respond—now, five hours later, I have heard nothing. I'm really unsure what to do other than write this negative review.
