Just an awful place for anything other than selling you a car. The aftercare at this place (Jeep) is awful. The Motability car has broken 4 times now and we are told the car cannot be seen for another 2 weeks at the earliest. I ring to speak to someone on Wednesday and get told they will call me back and they don’t. Call back again on Thursday and wait 10 minutes and no answer. Finally get a call back on Friday after ringing again and then to be told they will speak to the service manager and then they will call me back and no call back. Ring again today to speak to the service department and then to be told no one has spoken to them and they can’t take the car for another two weeks. Just disgusted in the place. Communication failures and duty of care failures. A disabled person now stranded on the side of the road due to the failings of this place. Honestly avoid at all costs!

I dropped my car off for a routine MOT, expecting to have it back the same day. Now, several days later, I am still without my vehicle. I received a call promising it would be ready soon, but when I followed up, the service department was unreachable. I am very disappointed with the service level—I've had to seek updates myself without any proactive communication.
My vehicle unexpectedly changed its language settings, and it took me hours to revert it back. Additionally, the cruise control stopped working due to this glitch. After driving a significant distance to the dealership, I was told I would have to wait for a courtesy car and be charged for it. Although the sales team is helpful, the aftercare from the service department leaves much to be desired. If I could leave a negative star rating, I would.
We recently acquired a new vehicle from the dealership, and the entire experience was excellent. A special thanks to the representative who managed the sale from start to finish. They were knowledgeable, professional, and made us feel valued. Based on this experience, I would definitely recommend this dealership. The friendly atmosphere and willingness to assist made a lasting impression.
To highlight the positives, the after-sales manager and service reception team are exceptional. However, the workshop staff seem to lack customer service skills. I had a frustrating experience during my MOT appointment, where communication was poor, and I was left waiting longer than promised. Thankfully, the after-sales manager intervened, but overall, the workshop's lack of communication was disappointing. I found my belongings scattered in the boot afterward, which added to my frustration.
