Hello,Last month I contacted reading buses business regarding the faulty WiFi in the 702 bus towards London. They did reply to me saying that there is an allowed WiFi per month but I haven't been able to use the WiFi on this bus since February, and whenever I try to use it doesn't work or says you have reached the allowed WiFi, even when I had not been able to use it at all. I'm very grateful for the transport services you do, but it is quite disappointing when you advertise a service that you do not really provide.Thank you very much.
