Ever since "Primo" took over, the communication with me has been awful. Initially, I received several texts about my next delivery with the dates changing several times. The last msg was on an early Saturday morning stating the delivery was happening that morning. I didn't get the message until after I woke up. Needless to say, I wasn't able to get my 10 empty bottles out for pick up. Once again, Primo gave me a date when they would be picked up and no one showed up. It then took at least another 2 weeks for you to schedule a pick up which required me to store all the new bottles with the empties in my garage. Then last week, a delivery was made to my house while I was on vacation. I received zero advanced notice this time and would have canceled the delivery because I didn't need more water. I'm so frustrated that I'm at the point that I'm seriously considering cancelling this service altogether.
