The convenience is decent since I have limited mobility, but the service leaves much to be desired. They used to be a more reliable option before their merger. Promises are often broken, and unexpected charges along with excessive fees are common. Each representative provides inconsistent information during calls. Overall, my experience with their service has been disappointing.
I might reconsider my opinion this year, but last year, during what they claimed were significant corporate changes, the service was awful! I didn't receive my water, and they would postpone deliveries multiple times before canceling. I had purchased one of their coolers, but I couldn't get any service for it, and when I attempted to return it due to the lack of service and water, they tried to impose a charge. A representative visited my office and insisted that things are improving this year, claiming everything is operating smoothly now, so I guess we'll see...

If I could give negative stars, I certainly would. I have been without water for nearly two months. I have reached out almost daily through calls, emails, and messages. Despite repeated assurances that my delivery would not be rescheduled again, it has been postponed by the service about 12 times! My payments have always been up to date, and I have adhered to all their rules. After enduring such a long period without water and having to buy it from other sources, I have finally decided to cancel my service and am now waiting for them to collect the dispenser and the 14 empty bottles that have been sitting on my porch for weeks.
Sent to collections with no opportunity to pay, despite having been on autopay for years after we cancelled service and moved. Got no bills, finally got an automated call that left a confusing voice mail. Called back to discover that they had already sent me to collections, scam of a company with terrible customer service. WILL NEVER use them again.
My frustrations with them is that they will double charge you for rental the dispenser.... Twice a month, which doesn't make sense, it should be once a month.... It seems like every 2 to 3 months. The price of the rental constantly. Keep going up... Then, you can never get anywhere on the phone. It's always a foreigner that you're dealing with....

I’ve been trying for two months to get the correct water filter delivered from ReadyRefresh / Primo Brands, and this is now the fifth time I’ve had to ask. Every single time, the same thing happens: the driver marks the delivery as “completed,” yet never shows up.Today was no different — I stayed home sick with a fever, waiting all day, only to find that no one rang the bell, nothing was left at my door, and nothing was in the mailroom. I even left the incorrect filter from the last failed delivery outside my door for pickup, and it’s still sitting there. Clearly, the driver never came.Customer service is just as bad. Each time I contact them, they give the same empty responses without resolving the issue. They keep pushing back the delivery date instead of holding the driver accountable. It’s unacceptable that the driver can simply mark something as delivered without proof, and that no one at ReadyRefresh seems to care.Meanwhile, I’m stuck with a broken dispenser that can’t pump any water because I still don’t have the correct filter. The lack of accountability and care is astounding.Avoid this company at all costs. They are unreliable, disorganized, and indifferent to their customers’ needs.
