I have a HP Color LaserJet Pro M454dw Printer and was in search of toner when I can across ReadyToner. I ordered the compatible HP 414X High-Yield Toner that arrived lightning fast! When I received it I installed the Yellow right way. I had issues with it, so I emailed Ready Toner and received a response really quickly Annie. I did what Annie ask me to and determined that it may have been a bad cartridge. Annie said she sent a replacement with worked better than expected. Annie check back with me to make sure all was working. Like the title says .. "The BEST Customer Service I have ever experienced!" Thank you again Annie and ReadyToner
UPDATED REVIEW: I spoke with Kevin and he did everything in his power to make it right! I received the correct toner and they sent the label for me to return the incorrect toners. I haven't tried the toners yet, but they're definitely the right ones this time. If the toners work well, they will have a loyal customer from now on. I appreciate their due diligence in handling this matter. They've checked in on me several times to make sure everything is OK. I would recommend them because they believe in addressing an issue the right way.
