Avoid ordering from this service! We have been trying to obtain a refund, but there is only one customer support agent who must authorize the refund and provide the return address within 30 days. Unfortunately, he does not answer the phone, resulting in no approval and no return. He finally responded, and I will be supplying dates and times to show that the call was made within the 30-day window. It's just a hassle for a subpar product. My elderly mother purchased this item in hopes of improving her stability, but it did not help. We simply want to return it to purchase something better.
