I like the feel of the cane, and how it grips the ground. That said, even though I am only 5' 10" tall, the cane is still a bit short for me, even at the tallest setting. Also, I'm disappointed in that when I set it down, vertically, it often falls down anyway. I didn't think it was supposed to.
I purchased this cane based on a social media advertisement. There was a discount offered, and I thought it hadn’t been applied. I decided to wait for the cane to arrive before reaching out. After receiving it, I found it was just as promised, and I am very satisfied. I contacted customer service regarding the discount, and it was indeed applied correctly. The only additional fee was for shipping. Everything was accurate from the beginning. David from customer service responded to my inquiry within one business day. I highly recommend this cane and the service.
Avoid ordering from this service! We have been trying to obtain a refund, but there is only one customer support agent who must authorize the refund and provide the return address within 30 days. Unfortunately, he does not answer the phone, resulting in no approval and no return. He finally responded, and I will be supplying dates and times to show that the call was made within the 30-day window. It's just a hassle for a subpar product. My elderly mother purchased this item in hopes of improving her stability, but it did not help. We simply want to return it to purchase something better.
The sale price was not honored, resulting in a significant overcharge. Additionally, the accessory travel bag was defective, with the shoulder strap in two pieces and unusable. The cane itself seems sturdy and well-made, but the battery compartment is difficult to open and close, with no instructions on battery installation. The alarm button is easily triggered and has been accidentally activated twice within the first few uses.

We received three of these canes when we only wanted two. Despite leaving a message immediately after noticing the extra item, as well as two more messages over the past ten days, we haven't received a response. The customer service is 'always busy,' requiring messages to be left. Improved and prompt customer service would be appreciated. I just left another message.
