I have shopped realisation for many years and have never had a problem with shipping. My latest order was a bit of a disaster as it was badly damaged I think in transit by the courier. It was not realisations fault so I was worried that nothing could be done. I wrote to their customer service to check and they were so lovely and helpful and arranged a whole new dress for me. They didn’t have to do it but made it so easy and it was really quick and well managed. I was thrilled. Honestly excellent service that you don’t get from other brands now days.
