I ordered a dress to Canada. I was then unable to pay duties as they totaled 50% of the dress charge. I had contacted RP about a return where I’d be rejecting the package. They said it was completely fine and I’d receive a portion of the refund when my dress was received at their factory in China. I then got a notification from FedEx that they rejected my package. After numerous follow ups over two weeks, they are now ghosting me. I am without over $300 AND the dress. This was my first time ordering from them and I can say the disappointing customer service is reason alone to never order again.

I was having issues finding the right size and was in between a few styles, I reached out to their team and they were super helpful, I also wanted a style that was out of stock and they reached out to me directly when it was back in stock to ensure I was able to secure it.
Their customer service team was so so helpful! My tracking was delayed and they answered so quickly and promptly helped me sort it out with UPS so I got my order in time for an event I had. Will definitely continue to be a Réal custome!
Scam of an online retailer - will never be shopping from here again. Hidden "exceptions" return policy for Black Friday sales - I'd even checked the return policy, only to find out that if you shop on a discounted day, you can only return for exchange or store credit. Items are so flimsy and cheaply made (nowhere near the dollar value), again no refunds on anything remotely discounted, and you have to pay to ship back to their returns facility. Awful customer service.
The fabric is like a tissue and unforgiving and the proportions are terrible - waist hits at the wrong spot - and I didn't realize they do not do returns only exchanges on promo items. Additionally the customer service is delayed by at least a day and one must log into their site to see the status of the return. Terrible all the way around!
UPS marked my Christmas order as delivered, but I never received it and there was no proof of delivery. Customer service opened an investigation but refused to issue a refund or replacement until it was finished, despite it being time-sensitive. I was even advised to place another order in the meantime. Very disappointing experience.
I had an awful experience after DPD failed on two consecutive occasions to deliver my item to a central London workplace. I was ready to give up on it but Realisation Par in Belgravia bent over themselves to help me and even made me a present of another item of clothing to say sorry. Caitlin (I hope that's how she spells her name) was utterly delightful, charming, and sweet ❤️
Ordered a dress under their 25% offer- it arrived and the material is horrific- my toddler daughter’s sensory scarves are a better quality and less see through, despite the dress costing over £200! (When you think Rixo/ reformation prices are similar but the quality of their dresses are 10x better). Decided to return it only to be told that anything bought under their offer is exchange or store credit only as per their t&cs. Went on the site and through the process again and it’s not until checkout when you scroll down the t&cs that the refund policy is explained. When you browse items, it says ‘discount is applied at checkout’ so I imagine lots of people are clueless. Just seems quite sneaky of a brand! Hopefully the next dress I get with my store credit isn’t as bad quality.
I have shopped realisation for many years and have never had a problem with shipping. My latest order was a bit of a disaster as it was badly damaged I think in transit by the courier. It was not realisations fault so I was worried that nothing could be done. I wrote to their customer service to check and they were so lovely and helpful and arranged a whole new dress for me. They didn’t have to do it but made it so easy and it was really quick and well managed. I was thrilled. Honestly excellent service that you don’t get from other brands now days. Thank you realisation par!
