I made an online purchase on realisationpar, ordering two dresses. I placed the order on March 9th, and on the 10th, the status was updated to "order received." But since then, until today, March 25th, there has been no further update. I requested a refund, but the seller told me the items have already been shipped and provided me with a DHL tracking number. However, when I checked on the DHL official website and called DHL directly, I was informed that this tracking number is not associated with my order. Moreover, the order status on the realisationpar official website still shows that the items haven't been shipped. The customer service has been giving irrelevant responses, not addressing my concerns. I requested a refund for the unshipped order, but they told me to refuse the delivery upon arrival and pay for the return shipping myself. But my items haven't even been shipped — how am I supposed to refuse a delivery that doesn't exist? The customer service seems unable to understand my request, keeps giving irrelevant replies, and fails to take any action. I don’t understand why I have a tracking number that cannot be traced, nor why they refuse to refund items that were never shipped. This is by far the worst and most irresponsible overseas website I have ever dealt with!!!
I will persist in taking all necessary measures to defend my rights until the payment is refunded to my original method of payment!
