From the day-to-day drivers and guides to our tour operator, Hoang, who ensured we were taken care of throughout the trip. No detail was left out - everything had been thought of! The communication was also top notch. I truly felt Hoang and the team cared deeply that my partner and I had a meaningful experience. This resulted in a seamless trip for us, one in which we learned a great deal about the people, culture, food and history of both countries we visited. Our tour included a fantastic (and well balanced) mix of adventure and relaxation, scheduled itineraries and free time. Every single person involved in coordinating our trip provided phenomenal service and all activities and lodgings were carefully and thoughtfully selected. I can’t imagine having a better experience!
