Our Best of Vietnam Tour in 14 Days was excellent. From the start of our booking process to the final day of our tour we were brilliantly looked after by Thang who made every request possible. Every pickup was on time, we always got the info for the following day by text the day before, which made the trip totally stress free. We decided on the 4* hotels and all of them were great choices. He even made sure we had a take away breakfast from the hotels when we had early starts. Is there room for some little improvements on some of the day tours? Sure, but these would be minor things and a matter of personal taste. All in all we can't fault this tour and would highly recommend Realistic Asia.

My tour in Thailand was excellent! Everything was so well planned out for us, we didn’t have to lift a finger. Thang was the best coordinator ever - he answered every question of mine leading up to the tour and stayed in touch with me 24/7 during the tour whenever we had any questions. We are very pleased and have nothing but good things to say!
We traveled around Vietnam for two weeks with Realistic Asia. The organization was really excellent, all pick-up times were on time, travelling happened in small groups and comfortable cars and buses. The tours have been very interesting with excellent service providing great impressions of Vietnam such as Sa Pa, Hanoi, Halong Bay, Hoi An, Saigon, and the Mekong Delta. The local support by our travel assistance Mr. Thang was really great, he was very friendly and very service-orienzed, hence, always available for any needs or questions, which he clarified immediately. He provided us every day with all details we needed for a smooth trip. In summary we can fully recommend a travel through Vietnam organized by Realistic Asia.
We planned a one-week tour of Thailand and were assigned a travel consultant who helped us with our needs. Our consultant was very supportive in organizing our trip. One of my cousins decided to bring his girlfriend along and we only learned about it as they were boarding their flight to Thailand. I quickly messaged our consultant, and she was able to modify our hotel arrangements and include my cousin's girlfriend in the tour. The cost of this last-minute change was reasonable, only slightly above our initial per-person rate. We requested a Cantonese-speaking tour guide since my cousins do not speak English. The company was very accommodating, and when we met our guide, he mentioned that he was retired and the company had specifically found him for our tour. Throughout our journey, our consultant checked in with us daily, answered our questions, and assisted with arrangements. The only drawback was that our hotel in Bangkok was quite far from the city center and not close to a subway station.
