I decided to try REALLY after seeing a few ads. The customer service experience was great, they were very helpful. I am running dual Sim on a Samsung Galaxy, the other Sim is a Verizon tower based account. There is one particular area of our town that has zero signal on the Verizon network so I decided to take a walk around with REALLY activated. As soon as I switched Sims, I immediately had 3 bars and 5g service. I tried everything - text, call, data, it was all fantastic and consistent. My internet provider had a booth at a small festival in that same area, I asked him to access my account and he said he would get back to me when he could get a hotspot signal. I offered him my hotspot with REALLY and he was amazed. Just to check, I switched back to my other Sim afterwards and had zero signal. I absolutely love REALLY, I will be a customer for life.
