I purchased a program that included a 14-day money-back guarantee. I decided not to continue and requested a full refund of the amount I paid within that period. I formally asked for the refund on August 26, 2024. Since then, I have received multiple emails trying to persuade me to change my mind. The company is delaying my refund and not adhering to the promised guarantee. I do not recommend this company. As it stands, they are withholding my money, and I will pursue this issue until I am reimbursed.
