There was a lot of exaggerated sales language, including a so-called 100% satisfaction guarantee. The product didn't suit my needs, so I requested a refund. Instead of processing my refund, they sought feedback first, which I provided right away. After that, they neglected my requests and those from the payment processor, despite multiple reminder emails. Now I have to initiate a chargeback with my credit card.

Refund guarantee not honored.

Training course fails to deliver results.

I recently enrolled in an online training course meant to teach selling on social media. While I received the course materials, the promised additional services were missing. Despite reaching out to customer service several times, I only received minimal responses, and no further help came from them. A link to a help page led to a blank screen, rendering it useless. The promised support for website creation never appeared, and my requests for assistance with promotional videos went unanswered. Although the course included a refund offer, I couldn't find any details about it, and customer support never responded, leading me to believe there was never any intention to honor that promise. Overall, this experience has been disappointing, as the company makes many claims but fails to follow through. It’s best to be skeptical of their assertions.

No refund from Really Successful Limited - Avoid.

I purchased a program that included a 14-day money-back guarantee. I decided not to continue and requested a full refund of the amount I paid within that period. I formally asked for the refund on August 26, 2024. Since then, I have received multiple emails trying to persuade me to change my mind. The company is delaying my refund and not adhering to the promised guarantee. I do not recommend this company. As it stands, they are withholding my money, and I will pursue this issue until I am reimbursed.
