So far I am not please with the customer service that I have received from this online casino platform. Although the winnings are great there customer service seems to be mostly AI responses. I have sent probably eight emails asking a simple question. “What is the processing time for redemption approval” although I received responses via email majority of them were the same automated responses the one email I received that seemed like it was actually written by a human still did not answer my question. Every other online casino platform that I have played have clear and precise timeframes for redemption approval. I am in a RealPrize chat room and there are so many customers stating that have been waiting over 39 days for their redemption to be approved which is ridiculous. I sent one email asking if this site was a scam and the response that I received to that email never answered my question about being a scam which scares me. I hope I am wrong about RealPrize and if I am I am a woman and I will apologize but for not I am very disappointed and my feelings are hurt. Hopefully I receive my redemption soon. Will update as things unfold
