So far I am not please with the customer service that I have received from this online casino platform. Although the winnings are great there customer service seems to be mostly AI responses. I have sent probably eight emails asking a simple question. “What is the processing time for redemption approval” although I received responses via email majority of them were the same automated responses the one email I received that seemed like it was actually written by a human still did not answer my question. Every other online casino platform that I have played have clear and precise timeframes for redemption approval. I am in a RealPrize chat room and there are so many customers stating that have been waiting over 39 days for their redemption to be approved which is ridiculous. I sent one email asking if this site was a scam and the response that I received to that email never answered my question about being a scam which scares me. I hope I am wrong about RealPrize and if I am I am a woman and I will apologize but for not I am very disappointed and my feelings are hurt. Hopefully I receive my redemption soon. Will update as things unfold
Real prize casino robs you .. I had $1100 and then 1 spin of 7.50 I had $200 they are a scam and terrible website.. they take long for payouts and won’t let you redeem anything else until your current payout is complete.. takes over a week .. they are thieves .. bullshit site not real

I love love love how their daily reward is .30 cents everyday! Also, another nice perk is that they're constantly giving away real sweep coins money you can use on their casino, using their social platforms. Great selection of games and you can actually win on them. Of course you gotta be prepared to take your wins with your losses, but it's far from some of those platforms that you can never win on any slots or any mini bonus games .. I have used many social casinos in the past and have never had the type of delay on paying out as I have had with realprize. I dont think I should be having to contact their support everyday asking when they will approve my funds. They accept my funds quickly, but make it very inconvenient to get funds paid out. This screams red flag to me and makes me worry whether I will actually get paid out or not. I will update this review with better stars if this matter can be resolved quickly, otherwise, I cannot recommend anyone play at realprize.
The support team at Realprize is amazing! I thought I would have to cancel my account, due to problems with my Outlook email, but they worked with me over a few days to save my account. That's world class customer service! A big win for everyone!
I saw where they are requesting reviews on here, which is a little suspicious. Most people dont care about other consumers especially when it comes to gambling sites. Easy to say something good about a site off the top of your head , with hopes of getting a reward for it. Which most of these 5 star reviews read and sound like.
The fact is there are a lot of naive people to the objective and top priority of these sweepstake casinos which is to fleece you for all they can get then kick you to the curb. へ‿(ツ)‿ㄏ

I really enjoy playing on the real prize platform. I think they have a lot of fun and exciting games.the customer service is great they do a great job of addressing any concerns that you might have. I can't say anything about the redemption yet because I'm still looking for that big win! But when I do win I will give another review on that to all in all I love playing at real prize compared to other places I have tried definitely is one of my top favorite places to play.
