The worst customer service experience I've ever had in my career. We signed up for a monthly subscription to their listing toolkit. The product itself was absolutely not worth even the nominal fee, but the quality of the product was not the biggest issue; the service was so much worse. When we called to cancel the product our "assigned rep" that we'd never spoken to before did not answer. We left a voicemail. the next morning the call was returned during our morning sales call blitz with an email following telling me that they'd left a voicemail. We responded to that email explaining the daily sales call blitz and again asking for assistance in canceling the product. There was no response to that email, only another call from service at the same time the next day followed by the exact same email. We've made over a dozen calls to this assigned service rep in a single day, over 20 in total over 3 days, and not once have they answered the phone a single time. Every time they emailed I responded detailing the cancelation request, but those emails were not responded to even one time. They're absolutely milking Realtors for money by intentionally making the cancelation process as difficult as possible. On our case, it appears our monthly subscription was auto-renewed into an annual membership 2 days after we began calling to cancel the service. Our only option at this point is to dispute the credit card charges, begin emailing executives at Move, and to take to the internet to share this experience before they do it to some other unsuspecting victim. It's disgraceful that these people have any affiliation with the National Association of Realtors. Buyer beware.
