If I could give a zero star, I would. It was that bad. The leads were awful, and the support team never returns calls regarding cancellations. They also ignore emails about canceling and will auto-renew despite clear instructions not to. I have spent the last three days on the phone trying to get refunds for products that were supposed to be canceled. The customer service is horrendous; I cannot recommend this at all!
The filters simply do not work. When I choose "single level," it doesn’t show those listings. There’s no way to filter out houses without a pool. The photos are also poorly arranged and don’t follow the logical flow of the house from the front door.
I regret briefly signing up with the service in September 2024. I had it for about a week, receiving two disappointing leads. After canceling, I was surprised to receive a collection notice in January 2026. They are untrustworthy. Avoid making the same mistake.
To whom it may concern: I recommend educating your agents on the law regarding 'STOP' in SMS. This term is used to unsubscribe from marketing messages, and it's mandated by regulations like the TCPA. Your agents should not be argumentative with prospects.
They allow agents to list homes as 'coming soon,' preventing the general public from making offers. Agents keep these listings to themselves. I experienced this firsthand. They also post photos of homes that aren't for sale just to attract clicks. The paperwork seems designed to protect them only. Selling your own home is easy; I've done it for over 35 years and saved thousands.
This service and website are terrible. I left a quote and email yesterday, and today I received a call from someone with limited English skills. They started with, 'We will connect you to an agent...' and bombarded me with questions. It was a complete waste of time, and I hung up in frustration. This experience ruined my buying plans, and I would never recommend them.
