I ordered the Lund Stainless LED Bull Bar on 12/04/25 as a Christmas Gift. The receive by date was 12/19/25. I checked the status the week of 12/19 only to see pending fulfillment. I reached out to Realtruck, received an email stating it would take 4 to 10 weeks to ship.
I reached out to Realtruck on 01/06/26 by email asking if this item was going to ship, 01/09/26 Realtruck responds by email informing me of an estimated ship date of 02/18/26. I call customer service on 02/18/26 asking why this item has not shipped. I never got a clear answer but received an email this morning updating estimated ship date to be 04/18/26. I called customer service, cancelled the order and expressed my concerns to Victoria regarding the complaints I have read regarding Realtruck not refunding or delaying your refund. She stated she would request my refund to be expedited. I don't really have high hopes for this to happen. I will be back to complain when problems arise from this refund experience. As for the future, if Reatruck is the only company that has it, I don't need it that bad.
