I ordered an eight-piece bearing set for my mountain bike on 18 February.So far everything was fine. Online payment, dispatch with customs worked quickly and without any problems.On the day of assembly, I realised that two (small) bearings were missing. Very annoying!But after I complained about the missing parts, RWC responded very quickly and issued a very customer-friendly refund.All in all, I can highly recommend this online retailer and will order the next replacement bearing set here again.
