Ordered 7th September 2025. It's now Jan 13th 2026. No order, no updates, nothing about it being shipped, bunch of random emails saying about 10 pound credit for a website that has a AVG fake shop url warning on it. I have reached out to their customer service via email multiple times. I have messaged and had replies on Instagram multiple times - led to nothing. I gave ample time before looking for any kind of refund even because I know running a business for the first time is hard but this is beyond anything I've ever seen. Some of the worst customer experience i've ever seen and I've worked with high risk businesses before. Real shame because I used to love watching his content but the supplement side of things has been an absolute scam show and has destroyed my opinion of him. Going to see if I can get a chargeback or if it's too late but this is the last time I'm getting any supplements from 'influencers'. Do not order.
