I placed an order with this company on 4th July and over three months later I still have not received the product.
Since placing the order I have contacted the company multiple times and have repeatedly been told that the item had been “dispatched”. However, I have never received any tracking information, proof of dispatch, or the product itself.
Being told several times that something has been sent when nothing has actually arrived is extremely frustrating and gives the impression that customers are simply being given the same response rather than actually resolving the issue.
Waiting over three months for an order with no delivery, no tracking, and no proper resolution is completely unacceptable for any business.
I have now formally requested either proof of dispatch, a replacement shipment, or a full refund.
If the issue is not resolved promptly, I will be pursuing a chargeback through my payment provider and raising the matter with the appropriate consumer protection authorities.
At the moment my experience with this company has been very poor and I cannot recommend ordering from them.
I will update this review to reflect how the company handles the situation going forward if the issue is resolved.
I ordered this over a month and a half ago and still have not received my order. Customer service is nonexistent, they just don’t respond. If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible company.
I ordered over a month ago and still haven’t received my item. I’ve contacted support multiple times with no real help. On one occasion, I reached out to support and literally one minute later I got a notification saying my order had been shipped which it clearly hadn’t. It felt like the update was only sent because I complained. I was genuinely trying to support a creator, but this experience has been extremely disappointing. It honestly feels like a scam. What makes it worse is that they continue releasing new drops while not shipping out existing orders. Do not buy.
The worst and most unprofessional online merchant I've ever dealt with. Customer service is none existent. When you can get in contact you are fed lies about fake shipments and exporting issues. One order turned into multiple re-orders that they never fulfilled. Don't waste your time, money, or energy on this disgraceful brand
UPDATE: The wrist wraps I ordered finally came on the 13th of Feb after ordering on the 9th of January. It is very unfortunate that they seem to have major manufacturing/supplier issues because the product itself is of high quality. The wrist wraps themselves are sturdy, have a good length and have a premium feel.
I waited a while for my first order, it took ages, being a pre order I brushed it aside. The pre workout is actually good!
Made another order and well.....im done with this company. I ordered another pre workout that came with 2x free gifts. One being lifting straps. As a heavy lifter I was really looking forward to these. This was back in October, 1st Feb and still no straps.
Online chat asked me to place another order with some codes. However the lifting straps arnt even advertised on the site. I raised this query and 6 days later, still no response.
Im done with this company, gone and got some straps elsewhere in the end.
