I placed an order with this company on 4th July and over three months later I still have not received the product.
Since placing the order I have contacted the company multiple times and have repeatedly been told that the item had been “dispatched”. However, I have never received any tracking information, proof of dispatch, or the product itself.
Being told several times that something has been sent when nothing has actually arrived is extremely frustrating and gives the impression that customers are simply being given the same response rather than actually resolving the issue.
Waiting over three months for an order with no delivery, no tracking, and no proper resolution is completely unacceptable for any business.
I have now formally requested either proof of dispatch, a replacement shipment, or a full refund.
If the issue is not resolved promptly, I will be pursuing a chargeback through my payment provider and raising the matter with the appropriate consumer protection authorities.
At the moment my experience with this company has been very poor and I cannot recommend ordering from them.
I will update this review to reflect how the company handles the situation going forward if the issue is resolved.
