We hired a company to create and maintain my real estate website, including a plugin for live property listings. Since February 2025, the system has completely failed—properties stopped displaying, listings disappeared, and key pages broke. Despite ongoing payments, no solutions have been provided. We were told that repairs would cost $175 per hour for their own malfunctioning product. Months later, nothing is functional, and my agency has suffered losses in listings, commissions, and reputation because clients can't see properties online. We have given them every chance to fix this, including evidence and escalations, yet the service remains unusable. For a company responsible for the digital infrastructure of real estate agencies, this is unacceptable. The damage to my business is significant. The company needs to take responsibility and provide functional, modern solutions without further charges for their failures.
