Rebag denied by submission [Chanel jumbo double flap, several thousand dollars] and according to their policy the bag must be shipped back to the customer within 7 days. It has been OVER 3 weeks and I've called multiple times as I do not have my bag. Every time I call it's a new excuse. Stressful experience to say the least.
