I bought a Channel brooch in December of 2025 a month later a stone fell out. I called customer service & was told to send a picture of it and I did. I was told this:
After review, we’re unfortunately unable to offer a return or compensation at this time, as it is difficult to determine how normal wear or handling may have affected the brooch.
The only thing they suggested was to try to resale it on their platform. No one wants to a brooch missing a stone. Terrible customer service with no options. I won't ever buy anything from Rebag.
