I have been using Rebaid for a while now. I have had a positive experience. They recently introduced Rebaid plus. You pay a monthly fee for it. You are supposed to receive reimbursement quicker. That has not happened. They also ship from Rebaid instead of Amazon. I received the wrong item. I tried to contact them many times, but never received a response. I cannot even return the item because Rebaid ships it. You also now have to do a survey if the item is shipped from Rebaid instead of Amazon. They send you a survey link. I never received a link for one of my items. What can I do? They do not respond to emails. And again, I cannot return it. I think they need to work out some problems they are having with their new system.
