Review Time
I used rebaid to get christmas gifts for my children and granddaughter. I should have gotten a refund 35 days after purchase. It is now almost February. Should have recieved refund by early January. The company will.not even message me back. Now it says on my page they are closing down. Don't trust these people. I have little money and they owe me almost 200 dollars and will not pay me or even respond to me. Very sad.
It started out as a decent rebate site although the processing time is 2X as long as listed on the website. Recently they updated the site and there are issues. Some items are available directly from the site but the items received are nothing like the product picture and sometimes they just send the completely wrong item or size. There is no good way to get in contact with them. They have non-existent customer support for these issues. Also they've started to switch to a subscription base which seems kinda scamy
I have been using Rebaid for a while now. I have had a positive experience. They recently introduced Rebaid plus. You pay a monthly fee for it. You are supposed to receive reimbursement quicker. That has not happened. They also ship from Rebaid instead of Amazon. I received the wrong item. I tried to contact them many times, but never received a response. I cannot even return the item because Rebaid ships it. You also now have to do a survey if the item is shipped from Rebaid instead of Amazon. They send you a survey link. I never received a link for one of my items. What can I do? They do not respond to emails. And again, I cannot return it. I think they need to work out some problems they are having with their new system.
I have found incredible deals on Rebaid. I have been able to get an early start on holiday shopping at great prices. Items have all arrived, as described and on time. Good communication via email letting me know what was coming and when. Very glad to have found this website.
