I had waited for months to hear an update and was finally contacted two weeks ago by Lauren.I was told there is new management now and the communication for the last two weeks has been brilliant, what I expected from the start and I'm delighted to have now had my rebate paid this morning. I can't give 5 stars as previously I would have given 1...but happy with the ending and I will use Rebate Mate again.
