I tried to get Rebel fibre Internet. They promised within 10 days.This was delayed by Openreach needing to do some connection work. When I asked for a refund because I couldn’t wait three months, they promptly refunded me. I couldn't ask for better customer service than that.- They can't deliver, - They paid me back.- Brilliant.
