After recently moving flat in Manchester, the Rebel team, specifically Dhivya, was on hand to help me with any and every question I had about getting our router set up in our new home. The change was swift and seamless which is always a positive when moving home. The product is fantastic, with a fixed tariff that doesn't fluctuate month on month with fast reliable internet service.
I tried to get Rebel fibre Internet. They promised within 10 days.
This was delayed by Openreach needing to do some connection work.
When I asked for a refund because I couldn’t wait three months, they promptly refunded me.
I couldn't ask for better customer service than that.

Customer service is outstanding. I was previously a Virgin customer. Had a delay as OpenReach had to fix the connection initially, but Emma at Rebel was responsive and helpful to get us online. Everything really clear and easy to set up, now we have it working, it's way faster in the house than Virgin. Like the app too. Very happy to have changed provider.
Moved from BT who were painful beyond the limits of human endurance and couldn't fix my issues. This was an absolutely opposite experience. Really prompt, superb customer service (imagine being able to email a person and they email you back really quickly having actually read what you've written - Niviya was brilliant). WiFi is superb and the house is once again silent! Even my wife said well done. I'll take the credit!

Wow! Actual humans who actually respond! Having gone all around the houses with EE, I looked up Rebel internet. I got my installation pack very quickly and Dhivya has been emailing me, checking on me, co-ordinating with BT open reach. She is proactive, helpful and very efficient. Just amazing to find this level of customer service nowadays. Thank you.
