Terrible experience. I never received the item and reached out to the support team. They instructed me to follow up with the courier myself, which is not my responsibility. I clearly communicated this and requested a refund. I was then told to go through insurance, so I reported the transaction to my bank and will be pursuing this matter further. I cannot recommend this platform at all.
