I'd rate lower than 1 if possible. DO NOT buy a doll from this seller. I had the worst experience this year (2025 Christmas). I ordered my dolls during a sale, and not only did the packaging arrive broken, but the product quality was awful, and they sent the wrong dolls. One was made of plastic instead of silicone, another had the wrong hair/face, and the most expensive doll was supposed to have painted hair but arrived with shedding hair. I was very disappointed and tried to communicate with the company to get my correct order. They refused to acknowledge this and said I needed to pay to return the incorrect items to China before I could get a refund. This took weeks of back and forth. They offered a 15% discount, but I don't want these dolls! It’s not what I paid for. They went silent when I mentioned disputing the charge and contacting the authorities. I wish I had seen these reviews first, as this seems to be their standard practice. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER! I have been trying to reach out for over a month now, sending pictures, documenting everything, and they ignore my requests for the correct doll or a refund unless I pay for return shipping. This is a scam; do not buy from this company.
