As a 67 year old, I recently purchased a Fit Bounce Pro rebounder in order to improve fitness levels without too much impact on joints and to aid recovery of a torn calf muscle, as a physio had suggested gentle bouncing would aid strengthening once the calf had fully healed. I can’t comment yet on that aspect as my calf is still healing. The rebounder is extremely well made and very easy to set up, being already assembled. I purchased the hand bar attachment to aid initial stability. It was a little tricky to attach the top part of the bar until I stood on the rebounder to affix it. One word of caution, when the rebounder is folded in its storage bag, I would recommend laying it flat – I initially had it stood up and managed to knock it over and the metal rim landed across my foot - very painful! The support materials online are very good. I made the investment as I didn’t want the hassle of setting up and maintaining a cheaper brand and which wouldn’t be so kind on my ageing body! I am very pleased with the rebounder but only time will tell if I will use it to an extent that justifies the outlay.
