Very pleased with what has been delivered. Instructions for setting up were clear and the instructional videos will help get me started. Looking forward to including the Rebound workout in my fitness schedule.
The frame and mat are great and held up well. My issue is that I feel that the bungees do last very long. I need to replace them seems like every 2 to 3 weeks. Replacement cost me close to $100 for 36 shipping included. Update Rebound Fitness reached out and offered to replace the bungees and helped me to purchase ones that would work better for my situation. Great customer service!!!
I also ordered the stability bar and find it very helpful. However, I have a question: when I let go of the bar to bounce freely, it seems to shudder a bit. Is that typical, or might it not be secured properly? I've tightened the screws, but it still vibrates while I jump.
