I’ve been looking for an exercise I wouldn’t mind doing and read about the benefits of rebounding. I’ve been enjoying it and there are some good routines to follow. I wish I’d known more about rebounding and bought one sooner! I’ve had it a couple of months now and had no issues with it.The rebounder is well built and feels sturdy. It folds down small which is what I needed. It actually folded smaller than I thought it would which I was really impressed with.Before I ordered I wasn’t sure how easy it would be to fold and unfold.I watched a video on YouTube showing the technique to open and close it and following that, I find it really easy. Theres minimal effort to assemble the rebounder from folded, particularly due to the attached folding legs. This is perfect for me.I like having the bar to steady myself and that feels strong and safe. I keep the bar itself, fully assembled and hung up and It’s easy to attach, with minimal effort again, as it just slides into the attachments on the sides of two of the rebounders legs.I hadn’t realised until it arrived that it didn’t come with a case so went to order on the companies website but needed it quickly to take away with me. I contacted customer service and they went out of their way to check their warehouse and to get the case sent out to arrive to me before I had to leave. I feel if I have any issues or queries In the future, the customer service will be excellent and do their best to sort out any queries.
