The product itself is really solid and well made. I chose bungees so that it would be silent and it is - which is great. Easy to assemble and pack away. I would have given a 5 star but unfortunately there was an error in processing the order which meant my billing address was used as the shipping address. Luckily I noticed when DPD advised me of the upcoming delivery and changed the address with DPD. I notified the seller who were quick to respond and apologise. They also refunded the delivery charge. So all in all, a great product and good customer service experience.
