The service has been extremely disappointing. I've been waiting for a new phone for two weeks, despite shipping being promised in 3-5 days. The lack of communication is frustrating, and my tracking hasn't updated at all. I've sent multiple emails and waited days for a response in the support chat. I'm seriously considering canceling my order for a refund, as this feels very suspicious.
