I purchased a smartphone from a seller for my son for Christmas, and I couldn't be more pleased. The device arrived promptly, matched the description perfectly, and appeared in excellent condition. My son was thrilled when he unwrapped it on Christmas morning. I've shopped with this seller before and will certainly return for future purchases.
I ordered a refurbished phone and mistakenly provided my old postcode. However, I found it nearly impossible to contact them to correct it. I sent three emails (there was no option to call) but received no response or update on my parcel!
The phone is in excellent condition and works perfectly; however, the warranty registration process is quite cumbersome. I find myself repeatedly going back to the original packaging to collect the required information, making it a hassle to finalize the registration.
The service has been extremely disappointing. I've been waiting for a new phone for two weeks, despite shipping being promised in 3-5 days. The lack of communication is frustrating, and my tracking hasn't updated at all. I've sent multiple emails and waited days for a response in the support chat. I'm seriously considering canceling my order for a refund, as this feels very suspicious.

There's been no acknowledgment of my return, and despite my inquiries, I've received no updates. This lack of communication is unacceptable.
